I was TDY w-the 464th CSG from Pope AFB, NC to Danang Vietnam, but the AF does not keep TDY orders and I am unable to Prove Boots on the Ground to the VA and they are refusing me AO medical benefits. Anyone with me can verify I was there. HELP

My Dad was in the Navy, name of Jack Schlottman out of Indiana. I know he served in the Korean War and WWII. I came across this menu for a Christmas Dinner I assume aboard the ship. Can anyone shed some light on this?
