11Bravo20Peter….how you doing out there …what do u think of todays grunts??

I guess I was a real grunt, though I was a reluctant one. CIB and Bronze Star (for achievement, NOT valor, and have no idea what I did that merited a Bronze Star). Vietnam service 11/70 to 11/71. I think today's grunts are as good as any grunts ever were, and are certainly better equipped. Satellite GPS for one thing. Such a thing would have been a godsend back in the day.

11 C 10 but still a true GRUNT AND PROUD OF IT BY GOD .
