The 111th Military Intelligence (MI) Brigade was constituted on 10 May 1946 in the Army of the United States and was first activated at Fort Worth, Texas. Over the decades, the brigade underwent several reorganizations and redesignations, ultimately becoming a key component of the U.S. Army's military intelligence training apparatus. Since 1982, the 111th MI Brigade has been stationed at Fort Huachuca, Arizona, where it is responsible for training and developing intelligence professionals for the Army. The brigade plays a vital role in preparing soldiers for a wide range of intelligence disciplines, ensuring operational readiness and support for military operations worldwide.
