**Air Force Advisory Team 3 (AFAT 3)** was a United States Air Force unit established during the Vietnam War as part of the broader effort to train and support the Republic of Vietnam Air Force (RVNAF). Activated in the early 1960s, AFAT 3 operated under the Military Assistance Advisory Group and later the Seventh Air Force, focusing on advising Vietnamese personnel in air operations, maintenance, and logistics.
