ABOUT 2ND FSSG
- The 2nd Force Service Support Group (2nd FSSG) is a support unit of the United States Marine Corps.
- It was activated on October 1, 1958, and is headquartered at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.
- The 2nd FSSG provides logistics, medical, and service support to Marine Corps units worldwide.
- During the Vietnam War, the 2nd FSSG provided critical support to Marine units fighting in Southeast Asia.
