January, 1962, Alaska. Exercise Great Bear involved US and Canadian forces with the 1st Scout Bn Alaska National Guard in role of aggressors. It was so cold that the troops were issued a "Great Bear Way Below Zero Club" Card. We are looking for a copy of the card for a veteran of the exercise who lost his. It would mean a lot to him.
