Television, Newspapers, Radio Stations and Magazines are looking for Veterans, Active and Reserve Military to interview!

  • Veteran Reunion Stories

Newsday, NY is seeking a Veteran to interview for their Veteran reunion stories.

Prefer someone from the Long Island, NY area - but not required.

Please submit any information or leads you may have by completing the form at VetFriends.com/interview_veteran.cfm and a representative will contact you.
  • Iraq War Veterans

The Boston Globe is working on a story about how the sibling of an Iraq War veteran decides whether or not to follow his or her brother/sister into the military.

Ideally, one sibling has served and returned home.   The younger sibling is considering, but has not yet decided, whether to join the service.   One objective of the story is to explore the soul-searching process with the younger sibling and talk to the veteran about his or her experiences abroad.

Ideally, the sibilings are from New England, but they welcome any possible leads.

Please submit any information or leads you may have by completing the form at VetFriends.com/interview_veteran.cfm and a representative will contact you.
  • WWII American POW Pilots

CBS Evening News Weekend Edition is looking for American POW Pilots who were shot down by Japanese soldiers.   Some reports suggest that a few of these pilots have befriended their Japanese counterparts -- even living in the same neighborhood.   Please submit any information or leads you may have by completing the form at VetFriends.com/interview_veteran.cfm and a representative will contact you.

If your television, newspaper, magazine or radio station is looking for a Veteran to interview, contact us to post your notice.
